Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is Microsoft’s traditional desktop Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc., with their hosted Exchange (email service) and OneDrive, their cloud file storage service.

Private Cloud

A private cloud solution is typically a complete virtual server that will host your business management software, billing and accounting software, documents and email. The service is delivered as a virtual desktop experience–a working environment each user can access from anywhere, on any device.

Having a private cloud means your company’s workspace and data is segregated from other clients hosted by the cloud provider, ensuring security and compliance.

Hybrid Cloud

Using both local and off-site resources, Hybrid cloud storage is used to supplement internal storage with public cloud storage. By allowing workloads to move between private and public clouds as computing needs and costs change, hybrid cloud gives businesses greater flexibility and more data deployment options.

F.A.Q.

Fast, safe, and accessible across multiple locations, cloud computing and services give you more flexibility and control and ultimately save you money. You won’t need to hire new personnel, license new software or invest in a new infrastructure.

Is cloud secure?

Secure AND resilient. The right cloud solution will have all data secured with end-to-end encryption ensuring that your data is always safe from unauthorized access. Cloud resiliency is the ability of a data center and its components – servers, storage, etc. – to continue operating in the wake of some kind of disruption, whether it’s a breakdown of equipment, a power outage or even a natural disaster.

How efficient is cloud service?

Cloud Service simplifies the I.T. environment for your company by allowing you the fastest distribution of your data to remote sites and equally fast access to your data when you need it.
Lynxedge will ensure your business has the right cloud solutions for speedy and secure global access to your data from each of your business locations.

Does cloud service reduce downtime?

As part of our Managed Services program our pool of I.T. resources actively monitors, maintains and upgrades your cloud-based solutions so you don’t have to.
Business productivity will not be slowed down because all cloud services have multiple redundancies – components are duplicated so if one server fails, another will take its place; therefore downtime is minimized.

What about storage?

Compared to a personal computer the cloud has almost unlimited capacity for storage and while each business will have different storage needs, there are options for all.

Whichever cloud storage service you choose, it should be able to handle large loads with no performance slowdown. If needed, additional cloud storage can be purchased.
